I only keep records in Excel. Boleh?
Boleh. Excel is where most of these start. As long as each row is one sale or one order with a date on it, I can work with it. Messy column names are not a problem.
Do I need to change my POS or buy new software?
No. The dashboard reads what your current system already exports. If your POS can produce a CSV or an Excel file, that is enough.
How long until I can use it?
For a straightforward setup with one or two data sources, a few days from the day you send me a sample file. More sources or messier data takes longer, and I tell you the timeline before starting, not after.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many sources you have and how often it needs to refresh, so I do not put a fixed number here. Send me one sample file and I will come back with a proper quote. Asking costs nothing.
Is my business data safe with you?
I only take the files needed to build it, I do not share them with anyone, and I delete them when you ask. Everything is covered by a written agreement before any money moves.
My business changes often. Will the dashboard keep up?
That is the normal case, not the exception. New outlet, new product line, new question you want answered: message me and I adjust it.
