No per-user monthly fee that grows as your team grows. You own the dashboard once it is built.

Bigger than the three above, or shaped differently. We scope it on a call, then you get a written proposal before anything is quoted. MyInvois and LHDN e-Invoice work is a separate service line and is quoted on its own rather than folded in here.
Prices in Malaysian Ringgit. No SST at this stage. Builds under RM5,000 are 50% on signing and 50% on handover; RM5,000 and above are split across milestones, so nothing is due until the work behind it is done. Everything is written into a service agreement before any of your data changes hands.
After handover
Taking one is your call. The first 30 days after handover are free either way, so anything that breaks while it is still settling in gets fixed at no cost. If you want a plan, pick a term: the longer it runs, the lower the monthly rate. Core has no term at all. Reply times are counted on working days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

No plan at all is a real option, not a polite one. I hand the project over and walk you through moving it onto your own hosting, at no charge. Either way you keep everything: the dashboard and its source files are yours the moment the build is paid in full, and your data is exported back to you on request whether the account is settled or not.

Boleh. Excel is where most of these start. As long as each row is one sale or one order with a date on it, I can work with it. Messy column names are not a problem.
No. The dashboard reads what your current system already exports. If your POS can produce a CSV or an Excel file, that is enough.
Two weeks for a single-source build, four weeks for a few sources with an automatic daily refresh, and six to eight weeks for a custom build with logins and permissions. You get the timeline in writing before starting, not after.
A one-time build fee from RM3,500, then an optional monthly plan from RM299 that covers hosting, the data refresh, and fixes. Both numbers are on the pricing section above. Bigger builds can be split across instalments. Send me a sample file and I will tell you which tier actually fits, and asking costs nothing.
I ask for the least data that does the job, usually totals and dates rather than anything naming a person. I do not share it, and I delete it within 30 days of handover on request. A written agreement with data protection terms under the PDPA is signed before any file changes hands.
You own it. The dashboard and its source files become yours once the build is paid in full. The monthly plan pays for hosting and upkeep, not for permission to use your own dashboard.

The plan exists because a hosted dashboard needs hosting, a data refresh, and someone to fix it when a source file changes shape, not because you are being signed up to something.
Core is month to month, so stop whenever with 30 days notice. Active and Full run to the end of the term you chose, and then you renew, switch plan, or take the handover. You keep the files and your data either way. Hosting stops, so the link goes offline until you host it yourself.
